At this time, we do NOT accept insurance. We DO, however offer affordable pricing depending on the type of visit. Many patients prefer transparency with pricing as they know how much the visit will cost with no surprise bills in the mail. We will also gladly provide you with a printed superbill to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement when requested.
We accept cash, credit card, care credit, FSA and HSA. Please note, a credit card must be placed on file in order to book an appointment, a $25 deposit is required to book any service which will then be applied to that scheduled service.
After booking your service, you will be required to fill out intake forms. Please have those forms filled out so the information can be reviewed by the provider prior to the visit. Failure to do so make result in cancelation of your appointment and subject to cancelation fees.
Not at this time. Currently, we offer telehealth services and mobile visits* (locally, and at an additional cost for certain services) to homes, offices, schools, or events.
Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your appointment time for all services, including telehealth. If your appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, or if you do not show up for an appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged to your card on file. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and cannot be used towards any future appointments. If you do cancel before 48 hours your deposit will be refunded back your credit card.
