Restored Health is led by Kristy Richard, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Kristy partners with each patient to deliver attentive, evidence-based care, and works with you to build a treatment plan tailored to your needs. Our practice is licensed to provide care in New York State.
